a strong westerly flow will persist over the Northern Peninsula
tonight.  Westerly winds of 80 gusting to 100 km/h are expected in
the Canada Bay area early this evening.  Winds are expected to
subside later this evening, but westerly gusts of 80 km/h are
forecast to redevelop in the Canada Bay area overnight.
