..patchy fog likely tonight into Tuesday morning..
..frost also possible in a few locales..
it appears that fog may be the more significant issue tonight as
opposed to patchy ground frost. As the high pressure ridge over the
area clears the skies in many areas temperatures will drop to a few
degrees above freezing with a risk of frost across the district.
People should be prepared to protect tender plants outdoors in
frost prone areas.
However the airmass over the area is rather moist from the rain
of last night. As the temperature drops fog will form in many areas
overnight..and it has already formed near Bayfield in Huron County
this evening according to a report from the Ontario provincial
police. A web camera at Grand Bend also indicates fog has formed in
that area. The fog may become locally quite dense tonight with near
zero visibility possible right into Tuesday morning.
Motorists should exercise extra caution and be prepared for sudden
very low to nil visibility in dense fog patches.

may also be found by consulting the latest public forecast.
The next public forecast will be issued by 5 am.
