==Discussion==
a low pressure system over western Hudson Bay will continue to give
near blizzard conditions to the Kivalliq coastline for a few more
hours today. The heaviest snow has fallen and visibilities are
currently fair, however as the low tracks into Hudson Bay this
morning, winds are expected to strengthen somewhat. The result will
be a few more hours of light snow and reduced visibility in blowing
snow.
As the low moves further east, winds will then subside and conditions
will improve during the morning in Arviat, and near noon in Whale
Cove, Rankin and Chesterfield inlets.
Please refer to the latest public forecasts for further details.
