the Catoma creek near U.S. 331 Highway bridge.
* Until Thursday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 20.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 21.0 feet in
pre dawn hours Thursday morning. The river will fall below
flood stage during Thursday morning.
* Impact... at 20.0 feet... flooding of agricultural lands in the
vicinity of the U.S. 331 Highway bridge occurs.

the Alabama River at Montgomery.
* Until late Thursday night... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 37.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 37.5 feet by
after midnight tomorrow. The river will fall below flood stage
tomorrow early afternoon.

Warning continues for
the Tallapoosa river at Tallapoosa water plant.
* Until late Thursday night... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 25.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 26.1 feet by
Thursday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday
early afternoon.
* Impact... at 25.0 feet... lower Wetumpka Road starts to flood at 25
feet. Extensive flooding of lowlands occurs and livestock and farm
equipment should be moved to higher ground.
