southwestern Sandoval County in north central New Mexico...
southeastern McKinley County in west central New Mexico...

* until 415 PM MDT

* at 219 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving slowly east between Mount
Taylor and Highway 550 north of San Ysidro. This activity will be
capable of producing between one half inch and 1.5 inches through
4 PM. Storms are expected to move into the Highway 4 area between
San Ysidro and Jemez Springs by 3 PM.

heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving east around 15 mph toward
Torreon Navajo mission. Radar estimated these storms will produce
between up to 1 inch of rain in less than 1 hour. This will impact
the Arroyo Chico drainage... Highway 509... County Road 19... Forest
service Road 556... and reservation Road 9... and reservation Road
7004.
