* Flood Warning continues for
the Wind River at Riverton
* the stage will rise again near flood stage of 9.0 feet at 10 PM
Wednesday.
* The river will slowly recede in the Thursday through Friday.

* impact... at 9.0 feet... flood stage. Minor flooding along the right
and left banks upstream of the Highway 789 bridge. Agricultural
flooding downstream of Riverton near the black bridge and Hidden
Valley area intensifies..
* impact... at 8.0 feet... bankfull stage. Minor flooding downstream
along left bank near black bridge begins..
* flood history... this crest compares to a previous crest of 9.0 feet
on Jun 24 1965.

... Scattered thunderstorms to continue across western Wyoming...

Scattered thunderstorms will continue moving northeast across
much of far western Wyoming into the evening hours. A few of these
storms may be quite strong with Marble to penny size hail and 50
mph wind gusts. Be alert for these storms and seek shelter indoors
as they pass by. A couple of these storms could be even stronger
so stay tuned for further statements into the evening hours.
