... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
10 am CST Friday...

* snow/sleet/ice accumulations... storm total snow and sleet
accumulations of 4 to 9 inches.

* Wind chill values... zero to -5 degrees.

* Timing... through 12 PM CST Thursday afternoon. Windchill
timing from midnight tonight through 10am CST Friday morning.

* Impacts... travel will remain hazardous. A few downed trees and
power lines are possible with sporadic power outages. Exposed
skin for a prolonged duration may cause frostbite.
