... Patchy black ice possible this morning...

Temperatures will bottom out below freezing across much of
northeast Georgia and upstate South Carolina this morning. This
will create the potential for black ice to form on Road surfaces
wet from earlier rainfall. Drivers on area roadways should be
prepared to encounter very slippery spots. Some areas on roads
that appear clear may be covered by a thin layer of ice.
