* at 340 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Columbia... Cayce... Forest Acres... Dentsville... Arcadia Lakes... Five
Points and Woodfield.

Nearly stationary showers and thunderstorms are producing rainfall
rates in excess of one inch per hour. Minor flooding of typical low
