* Accumulations... 3 to 6 inches... with highest amounts near and
north of Interstate 90.

* Wind and visibility... southeast winds 15 to 30 mph should cause
visibilities to lower to less than a half mile in snow and
blowing snow. Brief whiteout conditions will be possible.
