* at 901 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain over western Washita and southern Custer counties. Up
to two inches of rain has already fallen and additional rainfall
of up to 1 to 2 inches is expected in the next hour.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clinton... Cordell... Burns Flat... Arapaho... Dill City... Canute...
Bessie... Foss... Foss Reservoir and Stafford.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

measurements indicated heavy rain that will cause Urban and Small
Stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain has
fallen in the past hour.

* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include
Hammon... Leedey... Moorewood and Angora.

well as western North Texas. The heavy rain is expected to end
by Wednesday evening.

* Generally 2 to 5 inches of rainfall can be expected. A few
locations may receive more than 5 inches of rainfall. Rainfall
rates may exceed 2 inches per hour at times.
