noon EST Wednesday...

* locations... Long Island and coastal Connecticut.

* Hazard types... snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. Snow amounts
will be highly dependent on where banding sets up. Some areas
may only get around an inch of snow.

* Temperatures... around 30.

* Visibilities... as low as one half mile at times.
