The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire
Weather Watch... which is in effect from Thursday afternoon
through Thursday evening.

* Area and timing... this includes all areas along and west of the
Rio Grande Valley below significant snow pack Thursday
afternoon and evening.

* 20 foot winds... westerly 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* Relative humidity... minimums between 7 and 11 percent.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire
Weather Watch... which is in effect from Wednesday afternoon
through Wednesday evening. A Fire Weather Watch has also been
issued from Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* Area and timing... this includes the northeast and east Central
Plains as well as the northeast Highlands and Sandia... Manzano
and Gallinas Mountains below significant snow pack. Critical
fire weather conditions are expected both Wednesday and
Thursday.

* 20 foot winds... on Wednesday... westerly 20 to 25 mph with gusts
to 35 mph increasing to 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph on
Thursday.

* Relative humidity... minimums between 8 to 12 percent Wednesday
and 6 to 10 percent Thursday.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
