Winter Weather Advisory
Statement as of 6:45 AM CST on March 01, 2015

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening.

* Timing... snow will continue into this afternoon. The heaviest
snow accumulations are expected through the morning hours.
There may be a period of freezing rain as well this morning.

* Accumulations... storm total accumulations are expected to range
from 4 to locally 7 inches... with 2 to 5 inches further south
near Lawrenceville where the snow may mix occasionally with some
freezing rain and sleet.

* Wind... speeds are expected to range from 5 to 10 mph through
the period... thus blowing and drifting snow are not expected
to be a problem.

* Impacts... roads will be snow covered and slippery this evening
through Sunday morning. Visibility will be reduced to less
than a mile in the heavier snow this morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow and freezing
rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
