      Kootenay Lake
      East Kootenay - south including Cranbrook
      Elk Valley.

Rainfall warning ended for:
      South Okanagan - including Penticton
      boundary.

==Discussion==


Rain, at times heavy, is expected.

The rain in the South Okanagan and boundary regions has ended but 
will continue into Wednesday morning over the remaining areas. A 
total of 25 to 40 mm fell with the greatest amounts over the 
kootenays. Further amounts of 10 to 15 mm are likely through 
Wednesday morning in these areas.

Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Watch for 
possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.

Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
