... Blizzard Warning remains in effect from 4 PM this afternoon to
noon CST Monday...

* expect blizzard conditions to develop after 4 PM this
afternoon and then diminish around noon Monday.

* Winds gusting as high as 55 mph will cause whiteout conditions
in blowing snow. Significant drifting of the snow is likely.

* Snow accumulations of up to 1 inch are expected.
