Cloudy. Rain or snow in the morning...then a chance of rain or snow showers in the afternoon. Snow accumulation of 2 to 3 inches. Total snow accumulation up to 5 inches above 2500 feet. Areas of blowing snow. Highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Windy. Southwest wind 20 to 30 mph. Chance of precipitation 90 percent.
Cloudy. A chance of rain or snow in the evening... then a chance of rain overnight. Lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.

The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect from 4 am to 4 PM PST Sunday.
3 to 5 inches of snow is expected to fall over the Washington Palouse beginning early Sunday morning and continuing through the afternoon. Most of the snow will accumulate east of St John and Colfax impacting the towns of Pullman... Oakesdale... and Tekoa.
Areas of blowing snow are also expected to develop by midday as southwest winds increase to 20 to 30 mph. This may also result in snow drifts across north-south highways including Highway 195 and State Route 27.
The snow and wind will decrease rapidly during the evening.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
