Snow in the morning...then a chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches valleys and 2 to 5 inches in the mountains. Total snow accumulation 3 to 6 inches valleys and 4 to 8 inches in the mountains. Highs in the mid to upper 30s. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect from 4 am to 4 PM PST Sunday.
2 to 5 inches of snow is expected to fall over the Spokane area beginning early Sunday morning and continuing through the day. The heaviest accumulations will fall above 2000 feet impacting the West Plains ... Upper portions of the South Hill... and locations near Mica Peak.
3 to 5 inches of snow is expected to fall over the northeast corner of Washington beginning early Sunday morning and continuing through the afternoon. This snow will impact the towns of Colville... chewelan... Metaline Falls... and Northport. The surrounding mountains will receive 5 to 8 inches of snow.
The snow will taper off by early Sunday evening.
