Mostly cloudy. Snow in the morning...then a chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches valleys and 2 to 4 inches in the mountains. Total snow accumulation 3 to 5 inches in the valleys and 6 to 12 inches in the mountains. Highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Breezy. West wind 5 to 15 mph with gusts to around 25 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 80 percent.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect until 10 am PST Sunday.
3 to 5 inches of snow is expected to fall over the valleys near the north Cascades... beginning this evening and continuing through early Sunday morning. Most of the snow will fall at elevations of 2000 feet or higher. This will impact upper portions of the Methow Valley near Mazama as well as locations near Lake Wenatchee including plain. The surrounding mountains will see anywhere from 6 to 12 inches of snow. The snow is expected to taper off by late Sunday morning.
