Heat Advisory
Statement as of 2:52 PM PDT on July 01, 2015

... Heat advisory remains in effect until 8 PM PDT Thursday...

* high temperatures... 97 to 105 degrees through Thursday.

* Timing... hottest temperatures will occur between 2 PM and 6 PM.
Overnight lows tonight will run in the upper 50s to upper 60s.

* Impacts... the potential exists for heat exhaustion and heat
stroke due to the hot temperatures.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A heat advisory means that a period of hot temperatures is
expected. The combination of hot daytime temperatures and warm
overnight low temperatures will combine to create a situation in
which heat illnesses are possible. Drink plenty of fluids... stay
in an air-conditioned room... stay out of the sun... and check up
on relatives and neighbors.
