* winds... areas of northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55
mph below the Cajon Pass. Areas of east winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts to 45 mph below the San Gorgonio Pass.

* Timing... strongest winds this morning... then decreasing during
the afternoon.

* Location... below mountain passes.

* Visibility... locally reduced in blowing dust.

* Impacts... strong cross winds will be a potential hazard for
