... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM PST Monday...

* winds and timing... .there will be areas of north winds 15 to
25 mph with gusts to 40 mph today. Winds will be strongest
across eastern sections. Areas of northeast winds 20 to 30 mph
with gusts to 45 mph will become widespread tonight and
persist into Monday afternoon. There will be isolated gusts to
55 mph Monday morning.

* Impacts... major roadways that could be affected include
highways 23... 101 and 118.
