Through 5 am...patchy freezing fog and drizzle with visibilities as low as one half mile will impact portions of eastern New Mexico. The combination of potentially icy roadways and poor visibility will make for a dangerous venture on some highways overnight. This includes portions of Interstate 40 east of Clines Corners and Interstate 25 from Las Vegas north to Raton.
