Tolani Lake.

Severe thunderstorms are capable of producing damaging wind gusts...
destructive hail... deadly lighting and very heavy rain. For your
protection... take cover in a sturdy building and stay away from
windows until the storm passes. Heavy rain floods roads quickly. Do
not drive into areas where water covers the Road.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm... and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Areal Flood Advisory
Statement as of 3:56 PM MDT on July 04, 2015

The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* small stream Flood Advisory for...
central Yavapai County in west central Arizona...

* until 700 PM MST

* at 353 PM MST... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the area
just east of Dewey-humbolt. Ash Creek will be primarily affected.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of central Yavapai
County.

This includes the following streams and drainages... racetrack
wash... Cherry Creek... Sycamore Creek... little Hackberry wash... Dry
Creek... Osborne Spring wash... Ash Creek... Agua Fria
river... Hackberry wash and yarber wash.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Most flood deaths occur in automobiles. Never drive your vehicle into
areas where the water covers the roadway. Flood waters are usually
deeper than they appear. Just one foot of flowing water is powerful
enough to sweep vehicles off the Road. When encountering flooded
roads make the smart choice... turn around... dont drown.

207 PM MST Sat Jul 4 2015

The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* small stream Flood Advisory for...
east central Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* until 600 PM MST

* at 202 PM MST... gauge reports at Sand Springs indicated a rise of
four and a half feet on Dinnebito Wash. This equates to a flow of
around 1200 cubic feet per second. The runoff is likely from
storms upstream last night. This flow will make its way to the
Little Colorado River near Wupatki National Monument.

* Water will remain confined to Dinnebito Wash. Should The Wash be
dry downstream of Sand Springs... be prepared for flow to increase.

This includes the following streams and drainages... Dinnebito Wash.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff will cause Dinnebito Wash to run high for several
hours. Do not attempt to travel across Dinnebito Wash. Find
alternate routes.
