Issued: 4:07 AM MST Feb. 13, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am MST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a dense
fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am MST this morning.

* Affected area... the southern Wasatch front... mainly near and
south of Utah Lake.

* Visibilities... under one quarter of mile with local areas of
near zero visibility.

* Timing... the dense fog will start to thin out after about 900
am.

* Impacts... reduced visibility will impact travel through Utah
County... mainly between Lehi and Santaquin including I-15.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your low beam headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead
of you.
