Statement as of 12:12 PM MST on November 22, 2009 ... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 am early this morning to 2 PM MST this afternoon... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow in the west central and Boise Mountains and the upper Weiser river remains in effect from 4 am early this morning to 2 PM MST this afternoon. Snowfall accumulations of 1 to 3 inches... with locally 4 inches... are expected from early Sunday morning through Sunday afternoon. Gusty winds will cause poor visibilities at times in blowing and drifting snow. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that visibilities will be limited due to a combination of falling and blowing snow. Use caution when traveling... especially in open areas.
