... Strong northwest winds this morning...

Through noon... northwest winds at 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50
mph will continue across northeast Johnson County including
Interstate 90. Drivers of high profile and lightweight vehicles
will encounter strong crosswind along Interstate 90 that could
result in loss of control and the risk of a blowover. Northwest
winds will gradually diminish through the afternoon.
