Special Statement
Statement as of 1:53 AM MDT on April 26, 2015

A large area of rain and snow continues to develop across the
basin and will deliver periods of rain and snow on and off through
the day. Temperatures are relatively warm with snow levels
only lowering to around 5500 feet by sunrise. The rain and
snow will likely change back to all rain in the afternoon in most
areas. The precipitation is then expected to come to an end tonight.
Little or no accumulation is expected across much of the lower
elevations of the Wind River basin... including Riverton... Shoshoni
and Hudson. Lander could see one to possibly two inches on grassy
areas by noon. More significant snowfall is expected to occur
northwest of Crowheart and over South Pass where a Winter Weather
Advisory is in effect through the morning.
