... Strong winds across southern Wyoming this afternoon...

At 415 PM... Wyoming Department of Transportation sensors are
reporting strong wind gusts near 55 mph across the Interstate 80
corridor from Cheyenne to Arlington. The Upper North Platte River
basin near Saratoga is also experiencing these strong winds. While
wind prone areas such as Arlington and south Laramie range remain
in a High Wind Warning... lower elevations such as
Laramie... Cheyenne and Saratoga should see wind gusts of 55 mph
continuing over the next couple hours before easing. Travelers on
Interstate 80 and state highways 130 and 230 will experience
these strong winds through 6 PM. Be careful if traveling these
areas as the blowoff and blowover risk is elevated... especially
for high profile and light weight vehicles.
