Dense fog continues to spread across south Texas with the lowest visibilities of 1/4 mile or less located generally west of Highway 77. Visibilities are expected to lower to 1/4 of a mile across all of south Texas including the coastal Bend and Victoria Crossroads through 8 am. Motorists should drive with caution in areas of reduced visibility. Use low beam headlights and allow extra time to reach your destination. The fog is expected to rapidly lift by mid morning.

Light winds... clear skies and wet ground will lead to widespread dense fog this morning. Visibilities of 1/4 mile can be expected in many locations across south Texas. The dense fog is expected to rapidly dissipate shortly after sunrise.
