* Flood stage is 102.4 feet.
* Forecast... the creek is expected to rise above flood stage within the next
hour with a continued rise likely thereafter.
* At 102.4 feet... minor lowland flooding begins as water tops the banks of the
Main Channel. In past floods streets in the Woods of wimbeldon subdivision
along latson, Oaklawn, and Cypress Gardens flood and persons in elevated homes
may be cut off.

... Flash Flood Watch is cancelled...

The Flash Flood Watch for a portion of southeast Texas has been
cancelled. Heavy rainfall threat has ended as storms weaken and
move out of the area. We will be monitoring new forecast data for
the possibility of heavy rainfall going into Friday and Saturday.
Please continue to monitor forecasts for new watches for the area
over the weekend.
