The Flood Warning continues for
the Sabine River near Mineola.
* Until Tuesday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:15 am Sunday the stage was 13.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to
rise to near 14.4 feet by tomorrow morning. The river will fall
below flood stage by Tuesday morning.
* Impact... at 14.0 feet... expect flooding of secondary roadways with
picnic and recreational areas flooded as well.

... Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM CDT this
evening...

* event... a tight pressure gradient over east central Texas this
afternoon ahead of the east moving dryline and cold front will
result in southwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

* Timing... through 7 PM this afternoon and evening.

* Impact... rough chop may cause hazardous boating conditions on
area lakes and open waters.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
