Nowcast | as of 2:18 am CST on March 4, 2015

A dense fog advisory is in effect for all of north and central Texas through 6 am. If you encounter fog...reduce speed and use low beam headlights. The fog will dissipate from north to south as a cold front sweeps through the region later this morning. The cold front is currently racing through southern Oklahoma... and will cross the Red River during the predawn hours. An area of rain has developed ahead of the boundary and will impact areas mainly north of I-20 and west of I-35 through sunrise. Otherwise...expect light winds and mild temperatures ahead of the front. Predawn readings will range from the 40s along the Red River to the 60s in central Texas.
