At 7:26 am...National Weather Service Doppler radars continued to detect areas of light snow moving across much of eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. Light snow was being observed at several observation sites. All this activity was spreading toward the northeast...around 25 miles per hour. Through 9:00 am...periods of light snow will continue to spread across the forecast area. Hourly snowfall amounts of a trace up to a half inch will be possible. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through midnight tonight.
