At 10:16 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radars detected scattered showers across northeast Oklahoma into the extreme northwest corner of Benton County in Arkansas. Isolated light showers were also occurring over Choctaw County in far southeast Oklahoma. All of this activity was moving off to the east at around 25 mph. Through midnight...scattered showers will continue over the northeast Oklahoma...with this activity expected to continue to slowly expand in coverage across far northwest Arkansas. Additional activity may also occur further west across northeast Oklahoma along the leading edge of a cold front moving through the area. Average hourly rainfall of less than one tenth of an inch will be common with this activity.
