* timing... scattered areas of light freezing rain and sleet will
continue to affect northern Arkansas through late morning.

* Areas affected... the advisory includes the northern two rows
of counties in Arkansas... or from Jasper... Mountain view... and
Cave City northward.

* Main impact... light freezing rain will create hazardous driving
conditions on roadways... especially overpasses exposed to the
cold air.
