... Light snow accumulations possible through mid morning...

A narrow band of light snow is expected to drift over portions of
northeast Arkansas... the bootheel of Missouri... and extreme
northwest Tennessee this morning. Minor snow accumulations of up
to a half of an inch will be possible. In addition... visibilities
may drop to around a mile at times near the center of the
band... so travelers should exercise caution while driving.
