Statement as of 7:17 PM CST on November 21, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Ouachita River at Columbia. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7 am Saturday the stage was 68 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 65 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 67.0 feet by Tuesday evening. 717 PM CST Sat Nov 21 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Ouachita River at Monroe. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 6 PM Saturday the stage was 45.8 feet. * Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 40 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 45.0 feet by late Sunday night.
