* timing... strong northwest winds will continue through this
afternoon before diminishing by early evening.

* Winds... northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to around
or over 45 mph.

* Impacts... winds of this magnitude will be hazardous to
motorists... especially those with high profile vehicles. In
