* Flood Warning for...
southeastern Smith County in north central Kansas...
Jewell County in north central Kansas...
northern Osborne County in north central Kansas...
Thayer County in south central Nebraska...
southeastern Webster County in south central Nebraska...
southern Nuckolls County in south central Nebraska...

* until 145 am CDT

* at 748 PM CDT... Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms with heavy rain continue to train over the area.
That rain will cause flooding. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen in some portions of the warning area... and another
one to three inches is likely.

* This warning is an upgrade from the previous flood advisories that
were in effect.
