Sunday morning across portions of the midsouth...

Northern portions of west Tennessee... north of a line from
Dyersburg to Camden... the Missouri bootheel and northeast Arkansas
could see minor accumulations of sleet and freezing rain Sunday
morning. Morning temperatures should be in the upper teens to
lower 20s as precipitation moves into the region. Before
temperatures warm above freezing... minimal amounts of freezing
rain and sleet are possible. Wind chill Sunday morning is expected
to be in the single digits.

By midday... temperatures should warm above freezing resulting in a
changeover to all rain and melting any sleet or freezing rain that
accumulated.
