... Bitter cold wind chills expected tonight and Saturday
morning...

The combination of gusty northwest winds and temperatures dropping
into the single digits overnight... will cause bitter cold wind
chills to develop tonight into Saturday morning over the area.
Wind chills will lower to between 10 and 17 below zero over
central Illinois after midnight tonight into mid Saturday
morning... with the coldest wind chills from I-74 north. Wind
chills will range from 5 to 10 below zero in southeast Illinois
from I-70 south later tonight into mid morning Saturday. Be sure
to bundle up and wear a hat and gloves if venturing outdoors
tonight into Saturday morning.
