... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 am to 6 PM
CST Sunday...

* timing... snow developing across extreme west central Illinois
after midnight... and by dawn Sunday over east central through
southeast Illinois.

* Snow accumulations... around 3 inches over most of the area
with totals around 4 inches along and northwest of the
Illinois River by late Sunday afternoon.

* Wind... southeast at 15 to 20 mph... with gusts near 25 mph at
times.

* Main impact... hazardous travel conditions due to snow and low
visibilities... as well as blowing and drifting snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
