Special Statement
Issued: 2:17 AM CST Feb. 9, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Light snow and shallow drifting overnight...

Areas of light snow will continue through the early morning hours.
Additional snow totals will be light with a dusting to a few
tenths... especially along and east of the Mississippi River. Wind
gusts of 15 to 25 mph and the light nature of the snow are
resulting in shallow blowing and drifting... with limited
visibility of roadway markers. Use caution if traveling early
this morning.
