Mercer County in northwestern Illinois...

* until 100 am CDT

* at 707 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

storms may produce strong winds... but all storms will be capable
of very heavy rainfall rates. This heavy rain may bring minor
flooding to urban and poorly drained areas. Make sure you never
drive through water over a Road.
