midnight CDT for south central Cook... northwestern will...
southeastern dupage... southern Kendall and northern Grundy
counties...

At 1046 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated one to three inches of rain
have already fallen this evening in portions of the advisory area.
Runoff from this rain and additional showers and thunderstorms
currently over the area will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding
in the advisory area.
