evening...

* impacts... dangerous cross winds will make travel hazardous for
high profile and Load carrying vehicles along Interstate 90...
Interstate 94... and US Highway 12... 87 and 212.

* Timing... west to northwest winds will begin to spread east
across the area by late morning behind a cold front... and
continue through the day. Winds are expected to diminish this
evening.
