The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Wind
Advisory... which is in effect from 1 am to 7 am CDT Sunday.

* Timing... late tonight through early Sunday morning.

* Winds... sustained northwest winds around 30 mph with gusts
around 40 mph.

* Impacts... difficult driving conditions for high profile
vehicles. Difficult outdoor working conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph... and
or gusts under 58 mph... are expected. Winds this strong can make
