Winter Weather Advisory, Wind Chill Advisory
Statement as of 3:38 PM CST on March 03, 2015

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening...

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
9 am CST Wednesday...

* timing... wind chill values dropping to 25 degrees below zero
after midnight.

* Impacts... travel will be difficult at times through 6 PM due
to blowing snow.

* Wind chill values... 25 to 35 below zero.

* Main impact... exposed skin could freeze in less than 30
minutes.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling... especially in open areas.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frostbite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
When venturing outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
