* timing... northerly winds and dangerous wind chills tonight
into Saturday morning. Snow and blowing snow threat Saturday
night.

* Accumulations... 3 to 5 inches Saturday night.

* Wind and visibility... north winds of 15 to 25 mph decreasing
to 5 to 10 mph tonight. Southeast winds 15 to 30 mph Saturday
night may cause visibilities to lower to less than a half mile
in snow and blowing snow.
